I advise going into to Thurston Bros and trying as many jackets as they will let you.. they will have Aero, Vanson and Thedi who make a shawl collar as nice as the Heron, as well as other vintage jackets... They will help you dial in the fit /measurements and once you know these everything gets...- Boyo

Vicenza Russet....Staining Question
It depends on the leather ( i haven't had Vicenza in russet) but yes I have seen/caused the darkend inside collar stain on lighter colored leather jackets.. Not much you can do about it.. part of the patina (wabi-sabi)- Boyo
