Rick..... It's the logo from the name of a CD, of one of my favorite bands. I went to see them the other night & they had a four pin set that I bought. This one was from their CD "Snakes and Arrows". It's derived from the old game, snakes and ladders. -

Epoxy works also and it may not take as long to set up. I just stick the pins in until they're almost through to the sweatband, and don't put any back on them at all. They seem to stay put fairly well. [huh] -
