Jacket season coming on in full force today in the Midwest. Chill in the air after rains and cold front yesturday. Harvest season. Time to enjoy the Lost Worlds a bit more...
Sold - shipping out today.
Interestingly the shipping weight came to 6.90 lbs. about .75 lbs of that is the box and shipping materials, so this is a Vicenza jacket that came to right about 6.0 lbs. Nice stuff!
All 4 of mine like to stand to attention, but may relax a bit against the wall. I need to work on thier Posture. :)
Aero 4-pocket CR (2012 - worn very little by first owner) FQHH
Aero Premier Highwayman - FQHH (Tony's Blue V1) 2019
Lost Worlds J23 FQHH 2020
And just to show it can be...
JMax - it's a small Talon - I think it's a #5 but the pull is a bit different. This is one thing I really wish Aero would allow - at least a #8 brass. Here's a couple closer-up shots of it with a AAA battery placed for scale
I tried a 2016 Subaru Forester today with a 6-speed. It was ok. Rather agricultural in feel and seemed, oddly, slower overall than the CVT equipped car. My 2016 Outback with the 2.5L (Same engine ) and the CVT felt a lot quicker and much, much smoother.
Perhaps I'll just keep an auto/CVT...

True - but Brando had 10-15 lbs less than me :)
Actually the straight down the zipper from the base of the collar dimension is only 21" on this jacket. I have found 22 - 23" to be idea for my body shape and torso length.
Testing the fit - and this one is just not quite there...

Shame indeed as it's a brillant, beautiful jacket that is as near to new as any I have recieved.
Well the wash and re-oil has done wonders for the old Kerr. Turns out the "fading" was actually more like drying. It's regained quite a bit of the black color. The photos here show it with two application of a spray-type (Lexol) boot product. I need to buy the type the Great Leather sells -...
THAT Jacket is really YOUR Jacket indeed! The details, the fit, the leather, the zippers, even the belt - just all perfect. It's got your name all over it. Keeper - Game over! :)
Wow -- Good luck to that seller
There's a jacket in California that I've had on my watch list for 3 years - and the price has never come down:
