Little update, now that the jacket is washed and has dried out, today it got a treatment of my conditioner-of-choice, Renapur.
I'm even pleaseder with the results.

I've been in touch with the daughter of the man who made these leathers, Peter Dobbs.
She has confirmed the date as early 80s, post 1982 as that's when the logo badging was introduced.
They are apparently a bespoke* set due to the colour, which makes them unique.

I literally opened the box 5 minutes ago and I can tell you that the jacket seems to fit. It's not vintage-sized too small, although the sleeves are a little slim and maaaaaybe a little short.
