You are right Tom. Partly right. Advertising is getting talked about - among other things.
Such as reaching the mind and hearts of people, by telling them a great story, which is singleminded, engaging and surpricing.

When I wear my Irvin it's immediately recogniced as a pilot/aviator jacket from WWII.
When I am wearing my A2 - it's just a leatherjacket to the majority of people and only flybuffs knows it's origin.
