    Toyota Retro Commercials

You are right Tom. Partly right. Advertising is getting talked about - among other things. Such as reaching the mind and hearts of people, by telling them a great story, which is singleminded, engaging and surpricing. In my book these ads are just not singleminded, they doesn't even engage...

    Can Anyone Recommend "Pearl Harbor"?

:eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap You are SO right. If filmproducers and filmdirectors want us to take them and their work seriously, the least they could do is serious reserach. And act upon it whenever possible.

    Warm Weather

Allthough I long for spring and summer (...and Italy) I still find it hard to stove away the ol' IRVIN jacket. Even wore it last night for the occasional cigar at the porch. Not because it was that chilly - but because it was damn nice!

family members on the "wrong" side

I am kind of sad, if your look on this whole affair also is the official Finnish way to look at the young men who came to help. Whether they were "only" on guard duty or being killed like the two danish navypilots who among them shot down 4 enemy airplanes before they burned to death in their...

family members on the "wrong" side

I do not for a moment doubt your fathers memory of the war and why it was fought - on the other hand, sometimes a mans memory can not hold a hole war - and everything that happend. It is a historic fact that around 8000 swedes, 1000 danes and 900 norwegians (among them the wellknown norwegian...

Why & when do we love the A-2 & other leather jackets?

Guesse you are right, Edward. When I wear my Irvin it's immediately recogniced as a pilot/aviator jacket from WWII. When I am wearing my A2 - it's just a leatherjacket to the majority of people and only flybuffs knows it's origin.
