    Thanks, Randall. The brim is 1 7/8", which is a touch narrow for me, but it turned out really nice after the ironing. I also pushed up the back crease to a tear drop which straightened out the sides a little; it changed the whole look of the hat from when I got it.

    Radooch... Fabulous hat! The felt is beautiful, and the Cav edge is superb. Ordinary Guy... Amazing! I absolutely LOVE the contrast of the original felt on the edge. What a great idea to fill in the stitching with --- stitching. :)

    Kevin McAndrew 7 1/4 on eBay I saw a nice custom grey Kevin McAndrew 7 1/4 with a clear hat box on eBay recently, but the brim is too stingy for me. It's 1 7/8" wide. I have a brown KM with a 2" brim that I absolutely love, so I'm a little bummed that I have to pass it up. Link listed below...
