I have bought it from vendors on etsy, but there are other vendors. Check out the Conversion Corral thread, some of those guys can help. Just get a cotton/rayon blend if possible, it responds best to steam. There are instructions on making a ribbon on this forum. I just don't remember where at...- Desert dog

I did loose some, just keep moving counter clockwise until I got it feathered in. Actually the hat was in worse shape than in the photo. I didn't photo it until I was almost done.
