Thank you for being our customer and for the kind words. I'm delighted this worked out so...
I 100% agree with Guppy's statement above. If in the US and there is not an option for a remake at Aero - see if Dena at Great Leather could help. Hopefully Aero will get behind you on this one. A Longshoreman is one you need a little reoom in, esp around the armholes.
^^ Speaking of Faux Regency, how about a whole car based upon it??
I actually loved these early '80's Oldsmobile Regency Sedans while I was a boy. I would have been a pre-teen when this was on the market.
Ok back to your regularly scheduled thread. :)
Perhaps - it's in a box shipping out as we speak.
The piece about "just did not love it" had more to do with the decision. Been that way for a few girlfriends as well, but that's another thread & topic. :)
To the Original Poster's point - I'll share what just happened with me.
After owning 2 off the rack Aero's purchased through Thurston Brothers at thier shop in Seattle (prior to it's closing to go online only) I later purchased 2 more off the rack Aero Highwayman "standard" jackets through them...
Or go ironic, which I absolutely hate. I never wear anything ironically.
This quote, right here, makes all my time on FL worth it in two sentances! :) :) :) You all rock!![/user]
Perhaps this mask is a worthwhile Covid compliance item:

I think Frye might be a good company to look up for this. Perhaps also look at the offerings at Standard & Strange - not sure but they may have some options for you sir...
Actually this would be perfect if you were a bicycle messanger in Chicago. Protection, wind/water resistant, and yea, the Kangaroo pouch all built in! Plus, rather "ugly" so it's not going to get stolen off your back too...
Thanks for the input guys, I think the "covid - isolation" has been messing with my mind. I am still on the fence here, TBH this jacket just seems to draw a little "too much" attention when I am out & about.
