That's a really nice looking bike. Do you reenact and show it at events? Or take it on a run to Hunstanton on bank holidays. Either way it's a nice bike to ride for a day out, so thanks for posting a photo.
Are you sure you want one. You will never have anymore time, there is always something you just need to create and you cannot imagine how you lived without it! Seriously, that's a great project and it is better in the winter than a really hot day.
Thank you kindly, I take my inspiration from such good eggs such as yourself. I did get a wool M1916 shirt after seeing yours and it is has been a great asset at camp this year as part of my layering.
That's a nice looking bell tent and I hope you have great adventurers in it?. Your right those patrol tents are so heavy but last ages if treated well. I have three in the scout hall loft as we only use nylon these days, for weight, ease for drying and the scouts to have more room.
Now that's a cool and exciting camp for young people, one they will remember, eh! Reminds me of a time I slept under a bush because of the snow. Love it.
Camped out last weekend with the scouts, they undertook an all day event 06:30 - 23:00. completing assualt course, orienteering and Day and Night bases with puzzles and skills to complete, it is called the Green Beret challenge and I just cooked for them, apart from erecting and dismantling...

My GSL told me that when he and his wife first started scouts he brought a military Land Rover ambulance that was used to lug the camp equipment around in and that his wife would use the bed and heater. Not sure that's what I would class as camping but I guess it allowed the scouts to be able to...
