    Welcome to the Lounge Guinness! The Stylemaster is a nice hat for the money. I got one in steel gray a few months ago and I find it to be a nice quality mass produced hat that can be worn with both dressier attire and more casual attire.

    Christmas hat disappointment

    I believe that you were completely justified in your actions. The hat is obviously defective from the photo. The excuse that the hat was discontinued and and sale to go right into the box just doesn't cut it. Sorry to hear the experience wasn't positive.
