It was a partial disappointment for me although it did have some great elements in it.
I finally got around to watching this latest movie and I agree with you. Meh. Another Death Star? Well, okay, a Death Planet. But seriously. And another Cantina. And no good story reason for Han to die, other...
The big problem with all dystopian films is what to do with the people. I totally get that we're (if current trends continue) headed for worldwide Brazilification with a vast underclass, but at some point the elites will just fire up the ovens and... well you know, reduce those overhead costs...
Someone's got that movie up on youtube and I watched it yesterday at the office. I thought it was really good, especially the first half when Heston is hustling tourists and the femme fatale. As many have pointed out, Lucas borrowed tons of ideas for Raiders!
Spectacular jacket. It looks better quality and more versatile than the jackets you list. I'd go easy on this; I bet it would be hard to replace, unlike the others.
The jacket is a perfect fit. Outerwear should not be skin-tight.

We have a thread on leather police jackets in which we've posted a few German police...
Here's a gonzo coat which the experts around here will probably find interesting (click for larger image). It's supposedly an Irvin full-length coat with toggle fastening. The source of my photo is a Japanese book on military jackets titled "Military Jacket" by Lighting Archives. I imagine this...

Let's remember these parkas were designed by the USAF for use by airmen/aircrew in North America winter conditions. That means cold and snow. Not UK-style rain and damp. I would never wear a nylon flight jacket in the UK, to be honest.
Keep in mind Alpha sells N3B parkas with an orange liner: those are the slim-fit model. The 'classic' fit (i.e. tentlike) version, as you correctly note, has the same colour lining as the shell.
