    Such beauty and talent!! I've been in a sewing lull, but I'm picking up again. Working on DuBarry patterns right now. Just finished another incarnation of Hollywood 1908 (one of my favourite patterns!!) made it in a novelty Halloween print and left it sleeveless for summer!!

    I agree with this. The girl who runs these things tries so hard, though. I almost feel bad for her in a way.... She also has a FL-like group called Timewarpliving.com. Again, it looks impressive, but hasn't really taken off.

    lol :eusa_clap I've said it before, I'll say it again -- my grandma had THREE dresses total in the 40s made from feedsacks. Fashion probably wasn't her first priority. My answer to this is still the same only I have a late 1930s pincurl/fingerwave 'do going on now.

    I'm glad the red is fading fast. It really damaged my hair and now I just have to wait for it to grow out so I can be a platinum blonde again! :p I don't care if it doesn't match my skin tone or whatever -- I like the washed-out fake look it gives.
