Alan's right about the numbers. Rapallo is located in northern Italy, famous for its harbor and Castles. Borsalino used town or location names as models in some of its hats. Allesandria, Torino, Rapallo, Como, Bellagio are some examples that come to mind.
I put vents in one of Rusty's modern straw stetsons, and it was a bit tricky for my tool. Since then, I've developed it a bit more and it can handle straw or shantung. Milan, though... I'll have to see.
