So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

I feel better now! My big Tacoma with a V6 and auto also power every thing, and then some, gets 19-20 in the summer, I am getting 18 now, probably the cold and winter blend gas.

What was the last TV show you watched?

The Librarians. Just keeps getting better! Also watched, People Of Earth. Funny how some shows that you have no intention of watching, because you did not like the commercial, wind up being great shows!

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

I still like the Married With children version the best. SPOILER ALERT. Where Al finds out, every one in his life would be better off if he had never been born!

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

Dr. Who: The Power of the Daleks. I missed the first three, so I may not bother with the rest!

    PT Boat 658

Good news, PT-305 USS Sudden Jerk has officially been re launched! Another Higgins PT boat is almost operational again, complete with her three Packard V12 Marine engines. http://www.ptboatforum.com/cgi-bin/MB2/netboardr.cgi?fid=102&cid=101&tid=4184&pg=1&sc=20&x=0

    USS Utah

Incidentally, they did try to right the Utah, with the same methods used to re-float the Oklahoma! Unfortunately, she had been hit to many times and tried to brake up under the strain. Thus Arizona gets all the glory, while the Utah quietly rust away on the other side of ford Island, all but...

    Gear at the Sportsman's Guide

Europe and Asia! Most of those countries use the left hand zippers and buttons. Just what got started a couple of century's ago. My Barbour International jacket is left hand. This worked out great, when I bought a left over modern jacket liner, that for some reason had clear plastic on the...

What was the last TV show you watched?

A-Bombs Over Nevada. The many test done near Las Vegas. Of course, they made a buck off of it, with people from all over the world coming to see a early morning flash and the occasional mushroom cloud! they even had mushroom cloud bikinis and hairdo's. Always sobering to watch those poor...

What was the last TV show you watched?

Wheeler Dealers: Sunbeam Alpine. They have been teasing with shots of it on the lift, so nice to finally see the show! I have never driven an Alpine, but I have driven several Tigers, fast, but not very good handling, certainly, not as good as the small block Shelby AC Cobra I drove in the 70s...

So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

For me, since the auto gear shift in in the center console, I find my self parking, engaging the e-brake, then wondering why I can't get the ignition key out? It's because I left it in neutral!

    USS Utah

I know guards posted near the capsized USS Oklahoma reported hearing men banging on the inside of the hull clear up to December 20th! Not sure how any one could come out of that with out some mental scars!

    Let's See Your Electric Trains!

All great layouts! Has any one here built a garden rail road layout? Looks like a lot of fun, and challenging, since you have to deal with the same problems as real railroads. Flash flood, land slides, snow storms and giant cats! ;) I really like this rotary snow plow.
