Excellent, nearly brand new condition HD- Vanson Collaboration jacket called the Cycle King. Has a blanket style red & black wool lining, and that is the deal breaker for me. I simply itch too much with it on! I really do not get along with scratchy, itchy wool, and this is not too scratchy...
Very interesting jacket, just too small for me. A Zipper-special with ~ 9 zippers on the whole jacket. Very cool Western "V" on the back. From the "crazy days" on Levi's Red collection. Color is denim blue, not red. Clean, ready to wear. Long sleeves on this jacket and a very snug fit...
First off - I 100% agree that both these jackets look a lot better on you now. Nice work getting these tailored up as you have. And don't be worried about these not being your last two. I've been saying "This is my last one" for like ~ 15 years. Sure a lot better "addiction" than many...
^^Yep, I saw and put that Beck on here a few days back. Glad someone else saw it and re-posted as this one deserves some more exposure. It is in amazing shape, and that back -- one piece with so much graining already. If it still smells new -- which is indeed possible, what a find indeed! :)...
Well, we just never know how many "problems" we all really have, do we?
I actually had a plastic tub full of sweaters after college that was on the order of 18-20 or so. In one month about 15 years back, I gave every one of them away. The wool ones were the first to go. At that point, I...
I'm almost the "the same" in my thougths as all others here. Being that I prefer the belt either fully in and fastened, or completely out. Not "un-done." But that's just me. Been that way ever since I started wearing cross-zips in college, which was a few too many years back now.
If on a...
Looks sharp there. Like the hat too. I think it will break in nicley for you there.
How is Badalassi out of the box? I have never handeled that leather.

Just to give you a few more options, have a look at this thread, it was one of my first on FL, and I just updated some info to it today:

Kicking this thread back up again due to some folks coming on here and asking about jackets at a more affordable price range. Many times people think "Harley Davidson" jackets and the first thing they think of is a sea of orange, skulls, flames and logos stretched all over the arms, shoulders...
Being of similar dimensions, (expect a bit wider at waist) I think what has been indicated about Johnson, or doing a semi-custom through Thurston Brothes makes a lot of sense. I met Carrie while they still had thier physical store, and there isn't anyone she cannot fit. Johnson will also do...
Sure sorry of your loss of Hogan. He looked like a wonderful pup, and you can never fully replace the kind of love he gave you for 13 years. I love dogs of all sorts, they really do add something so special to our lives. :)
I recieved the same offer. It's a neat jacket, I just do not care for the back design and the exaggerated "action back". That holds this jacket back, in my opinion, from being one I really would like to own.
