I ALWAYS remark to myself, while hearing a voice on the TV from another room... Oh that's... so and so... I do the same thing listening to vocalists from the G E... and get angry when I am unable to identify someone e.g., in early recordings of Julie London, Pattie Page, Vic Damone...etc

Speaking of Grandparents and WPA jobs... I am the proud owner of two WPA hammers that survived from my Granddad who was a workman/plumber/mason at the time. One is a masonry hammer the other is a ballpeen. Both are emblazoned with the WPA mark. THey are reassured possessions.

BTW It's not certain that Nucky really died... he was in pain for sure and there was still life in his eyes... and given that the show is partially based on real characters, the real Nucky (Johnson) the undisputed Atlantic City racketeer who was imprisoned for taxes in 1941 and acutually was...
Not bad... not bad at all... nice little twist of Karmic fate,,, everyone true to form to the end...
I wasn't glued to this whole series but didn't miss an episode... and the end was quite fitting... super great sets and period authenticity throughout...
