    Genuine L2-B Flight jacket?

Genuine vintage military labels are entirely different. Here's a long thread on original MA-1 jackets (plus some discussion of L2B jackets) which has photos of vintage tags. https://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/ma-1-flight-jacket.72250/

    Genuine L2-B Flight jacket?

That's just it, it's a stereotype, and like most stereotypes "it depends". In this case, from what people are saying, Bronson is another repro which is much better than Alpha for the same price. This is probably your best bet if you want a reproduction of a 1950s style "jet age" L2B (or MA-1)...

    Genuine L2-B Flight jacket?

Others know this stuff better than me, but I'm gonna say "no". That said, if it's a nice jacket and you can get it cheap, maybe give it a try? There's a place for repros and whatnot as daily drivers that you don't need to worry about spilling coffee on. Originals are not easy to find in good...

    The Cap Faction

This is now my cap collection, mostly cheap blended wool stuff, but that's fine with me since I don't have to baby them. The two in the bottom left are the ones I've had for ages: the grey herringbone is Kangol which I've had since a teenager, now too small for my head; the brown houndstooth...

Oh yeah, he's a natural star, no question, in a way that 99% of actors will never be.

The jacket looks a hundred times better on Obama in those photos than the company's website photos, which make it look like cheap crap. Geez.

Pollack is one of those "unknown" directors, despite having done some excellent films.

Never post excellent ideas like that in public until you've got control over the copyright, etc.

    Indiana Jones V

That's a good idea, actually. Kinda like that "Young Indiana Jones" TV series episode in which old Indy gets stuck in a cabin in a blizzard and relates a story from his youth.

What Was The Last Movie You Watched?

Just got done watching Leone's three Clint Eastwood westerns, for the umpteenth time. Great stuff. I have to fight the urge to get a repro poncho. Last night I watched "Reversal Of Fortune" and I can see why Jeremy Irons got an Oscar for that role. I'm considering buying a copy of the Russian...

Trench Coat - the 'Ultimate' Thread!

I have a soft spot for these sorts of roomy 1990s trenchcoats in darker colours in light cotton.

    L2B Flight Jacket.. Who Sells..??

Do you mean Bronson? Rothco doesn't make an L2B and as far as I've seen never did. Their jackets are bottom-of-the-barrel in any case.

What was the last TV show you watched?

Here's a good article on GofT which talks about the relative merits and demerits of monarchy, nobility, etc. https://www.vox.com/culture/2019/5/26/18637091/game-of-thrones-targaryen-restoration-daenerys

    Show Us Your OVERCOATS

Here's some interesting overcoats being worn for hunting, somewhere in Europe. Why not? One doesn't always have to wear a tweed or wax cotton 3/4 length coat. These look like they're made from a heavy, roughly finished wool.
