After Greg dropped me i got in touch with Stu, the mockup i tried last week was pretty glorious, the leather version should follow soon!
No thanks... If you want soft get some sheep, deer or moose, but lamb leather is basically tissue paper, it serves no purpouse other than being cheap and available.
Honestly not worth it.
They money you spend on it will be lost as a tailored/modified jacket is pretty much worthless.
If you want to keep it, keep it as an oversized jacket that you wear with thick winter jumpers, but tailoring is never going to make it 100% right.
Personally i would sell and move on.
I have a Schott with a similar fit, 42" chest, had to buy size 42 so that i had enough length but that gave me an oversized fit in the stomach similar to yours.

Even the Schott 1928 special edition sells for less than 50% of new price, and it is nicer jacket.
This one is just a randome throw away design like the 125, other than the Shinki buzz word there is nothing special about it.
I think that in a few years it will all be forgotten...
