Berets, Anyone?
I found a few tutorials on YouTube, thanks for the advice Paddy, much appreciated. I went ahead and removed the pin,(in safe keeping), shaved it, soaked it, shaped it and now drying. What a difference. I would've been very hesitant to soak a wool hat in fear of it shrinking, especially in hot... -

Ok, so here's a few pictures anyway. Sorry for the lousy quality, all I had was my phone to work with. This vase does not have a smooth, shiny finish to it, it's a textured surface, almost sandy like.- bolthead
