    It took four emails and seven days to get the initial response, that that is the was just how a 38 is supposed to fit. I sent a link to this post and got a response within an hour that they will refund me and take it back. Still not accepting any responsibility, not that I care about that.

    I’m keeping calm and giving SB a lot of time and latitude to respond and make things right, but I wouldn’t recommend them until I see how my jacket issues are resolved.

    Six days and still waiting for a reply to three very polite emails to S-B about the ill-fitting jacket I received. Waiting on a response is way harder than waiting on a new jacket.

    In my experience, Boss and MP fit close to tts on the Brannock, but if you are between sizes then go down. I can’t speak to widths, since I went EEE (not an option for production Mr Lous).

    Yeh, I gave them actual measurements that I wanted over body measurements in the hope they wouldn’t pad them for a roomy fit.
