Thank you sir! Mine is straight cut, but i sew it while on the block, so it does arc a bit! Essentially i form it around the block, sew it then cut the excess. Being that most store bought liners are meant for a range of sizes, hat shapes, i dont think having a little excess/large liner would be...- John Kaiyalethe
