Absolutely gorgeous bowler. And for the age you couldnt ask for nicer condition.
I too just snagged a brown bowler this evening. Any idea on age Man of Kent?
I especially love this hat, but its nearly a size too big for me even with padding.
Asking $220 shipped for this lovely Stratoliner. Size is tagged 7 1/8 but this fits far closer to a 7 1/4.
Magnificent condition. Color can best be described as a Robin's egg/sky blue.
I really dont at all want to sell either of these. They are beyond amazing hats. Unfortunately for me these both don't fit me well enough to justify keeping them. And these are two hats that deserve to be frequently worn.
Asking $150 shipped for this lovely hat, in wonderful condition. Size 7...
It's halfway cut off but it looks like its 1799
And thank you, yes it's in just about perfect condition, it doesnt look like theres any moth damage and the sweatband isn't dried out at all.
The only issue is the ribbon bow is untacked on one side, but that's a very easy fix.
I'll give these guys one more go on here before moving them to ebay. $125 shipped for the Herbert Johnson Bowler, which I should note is a hard shell bowler. and $85 shipped for the sage green knox premier which fits to a true 7 1/8.
Thanks for posting that, the only other thing i've seen on the company is that it dissolved in the 1930's according to the seller. So if anyone else comes across a hat from this company its at least going to be that old.
Thank you very kindly sir, I almost did a double take when I saw this one show up in the 'bay. Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed it makes its way safe and sound from Italy.
