Thanks Mike, The manufacturer's tags (it has 2) are the style from the 40s and 50s but the text is in Spanish. I've been trying to find info about Stetson licensed hats in Spanish language countries but so far no luck other than a mention that they did have a licensee in Mexico beginning around...- Richard Morgan

I like everything about this hat Jack. The felt has a really fine hand, soft and smooth to the touch and for a western weight it shapes easily.
