    Mine was not too bad, it was done in one session, I have flat feet, and the left and right one are a bit different. So they did some modification to accommodate that. They will do adjustment until you feel comfortable in your shoes. Turn around time is about 6 to 8 weeks.

    That's really cool. I'm looking at getting one as well. A couple of questions, if you don't mind: - How does it handle heavy snow? - When it's really cold, does the oil in the leather stiffen up?
