What do you use to shave?
The rigid single edge does give a great shave. I have a few Gems and Ever readys but you do have to pay attention. The Merkur Futur is my favorite double edge. Closer and cleaner than any Gillette adjustable I own and a bit above my A1flair tip. My problem is finding superior single edge...- St.Ignatz

Vintage Things That Have Disappeared In Your Lifetime?
We still have several bootblacks in Philadelphia. Train stations, shoe makers and the better hotels mostly but a few mobile that show up in office buildings and street corners. Good grief. That reply sure fell in a worm hole.- St.Ignatz
