Nothing else on the label......whatever may have been has left no remnants at all. Looks just as in the photo. Nothing behind the sweat itself.

Discolored strip is a reaction of the dye to the sweat band leather (tannic acids from the leather processing). Same thing happens when you stack your hats without something between them to prevent the sweat from the hat on top coming against the hat underneath.

Other.....Strat pins have TWA on them, are silver, and are "bar" pins (that have a longer bent pin that slides into the ribbon, with no back lock). Also they are DC-3s though there are also proper period Stratoliner bent pins of the period around....not sure who made them....
Or the whole rest of the country....the "All or Nothing" approach is ridiculous.....and none of the 'ideas" are well thought out at all....did no one learn from (or pay attention to) the Texas Winter power outages???
