Outstanding!! Thank you Baggers!:D That is exactly what I was looking for. That looks dead simple to do too. Good to know that the sweatband does float creating a bit of wiggle room in stretching the sweatband out. Oh this is going to be a load of fun. I'm sure I'll have to remove the sweatband...
Another thing that I've been searching for is a neck curtain to tie on to the back of the pith helmet for extra sun protection. Something like these.
I'm tired of a sun burnt neck on certain hikes where there is no shade to be had, even with a wide brimmed hat. The neck curtain will add...
Interesting. Thank you for that info on the Tag Safari liner Sarge. If you have any images of the interior could you post a couple?
If anybody here has one of the What Price Glory Wolseley Pith Helmet, could you post pics of the interior as well. I need to know if the sweatband is floating...
So, the one from Tag Safari, what is the sweatband like. Is it one of those adjustable ones with velcro? Does anyone here have one from there and what is the interior like?
Cheers!

Came across this one and I couldn't resist. Vintage 80's Banana Republic. Back when they were cool and sold amazing stuff.

This should do a fine job keeping the sun off of the noggin while...
Thanks for the heads-up Lizzie. Well, a little investigation on the serial number (SY-37-115172) dates it at 1932. It doesn't have the glass sides anymore but metal plates put in place when it was refurbished (Like-Nu) by Regal Precision Typewriters. It appears to be the plates from a KHM model...
Found a Royal 10 at an antique store this last weekend for $40. In perfect working order. Needs a little oiling but is in tip top shape. I just couldn't pass it up at that price, and couldn't be sure if that price was correct. Thing really weighs a ton. It was a workout just carring it to the...
Thanks! This particular one is a 23 inch (roughly 59cm). They do come with a little area to adjust for size if it isn exact or hair growth & haircuts are a factor. Pretty ingenious actually.
Cheers!

Thanks Guys! It has been a while since I've posted in the hat section. I've been allover the board as of late. The winter beard does disguise pretty well, but that will disappear soon enough leaving only the handlebar.
Thank you very much. That is actually their "extra full cut". Their full...
I was wondering if anyone here has tried this beverage and what they thought of it? Plus is it possible to get it in The States?
It piqued my interest since I enjoy ginger drinks and thought this one interesting.
Cheers!

These are ones from LaCoste. Ver sharp, and a perfect item for your next Tweed Ride.

And, some interesting variations here as well...
And I suppose that if it is something that becomes too much of a "distraction" in your school, your school will lean towards banning the wearing of said yoga pants. I agree that folks should wear what they want, if that is what floats their boat, and they feel that comfortable in their own skin...
Wow Sproily, You have the greatest fortune in being able to find some of the neatest vintage items of clothing and deft skill to be able to pair them all together. Well done with that leather winter look. Dig on the sweater there as well.:eusa_clap:eusa_clap I always enjoy seeing what you offer...
