    Lunch, Anybody?

Another sandwhich today. It's just easy. I did have homemade hamburger soup for dinner, so there are my veggies.

    Lunch, Anybody?

I've eaten enough today, but now I want pizza.

    Lunch, Anybody?

Oh, Nutella! I'm familiar with that. In fact, I have some hazelnuts I bought with the intention of making a sugar-free version. I just haven't got around to it yet. Project for Sunday, maybe. I don't know anything about that bread. I guess the closest cousin is pumpernickel. I like that...

So trivial, yet it really ticks you off.

Sometimes anxiety is biological. It can be a brain chemistry problem or a nervous system issue. It's not always a character flaw. You just never know what silent medical disability someone might be dealing with. For instance, I have a structural defect in my spine and people who don't know...

    Lunch, Anybody?

What's grey bread? Or nougat cream, for that matter? (You have a fascinating food repertoire, my friend.)

    Lunch, Anybody?

I had a turk'y, cheddar, and mayo sammich on Italian bread. I had some pistachios to go with it but didn't have time to eat them (short break).

    I'm on a sandwhich streak.

Ladies, what are you doing this evening?

I should be going to bed but this thunderstorm is keeping me up. Giving it half an hour and folding laundry until then.

    I'll be right over. :D

So many women here don't make any kind of effort at all: mannish hair cuts, jeans, tennis shoes, baggy sweatshirts, no makeup, etc. That's fine--they can do whatever they want--but it makes me stand out sorely. And I understand it will garner a few looks during the day. But on public transit...

2jakes, you win by a hair. I'm not quite as mishap-prone as you are. The pink underwear made me laugh.

I've had contact lenses for 25 years because I don't like glasses sitting on my face. Also, vanity, quite frankly (though now as an adult I don't mind the way I look in glasses).

    Lunch, Anybody?

I need a filling replaced because it's 10 years old and I need a crown (which can wait until next year if finances dictate). The only painful is the possible copay if I get both done.

    Lunch, Anybody?

I haven't had breakfast, so it'll be brunch today, whatever it is. I'm going to the dentist and have to eat out. Probably going to be Starbucks or a burger place.

Forest Fruits or similar (the ones imported from Europe that American companies don't make) are my favorite. They are a mix of berries, maybe cherries, sometimes currants.

    Lunch, Anybody?

Yes. I like grape jam (not jelly--ewwww). Know what else is good? Almond butter and strawberry jam or preserves.

I'm right behind you on the half-century mark.

    Lunch, Anybody?

I haven't eaten anything today save for my usual mocha. Trying to eat minimally today, as I overdid it yesterday. But I need some protein. I'll probably have that mushroom balsamic chik'n out of the freezer, maybe some soup beside. But there are always eggs. hmmm....

I always tell the true story. They are funny. I've been accident-prone since birth. I fell off the changing table and fell out the back door (as a toddler), down some steps. It just went on from there... Jake, nice avatar. You say you're many years older than me, but you are not. Maybe...
