This is how it seems its done. It is also said here that persons have visited the factory, had their measurements taken, visited and had a lot of fun and their jacket was done after 6 hours (i might be mistaken about the exact time, but the same day) so they had a jacket with them home the same...
As I said, my understanding is: when its your turn, Amanda contacts you by mail, you call her and give her your cardnumbers, she charges the card and if it goes through she says "go" to the machinist to start making the jacket. Its then shipped the same day or the day after. This has been my...
Looks really good. Its bigger then I thought.
Do you find it cumbersome to strap and unstrap the straps often? This is something Im thinking about, the way I will use it will make me have to open and close it often and a zip would be better but the straps looks great.
The total feeling of the jacket will be a little different then from that of the samples, and the thickness can also vary, but I believe you made the right choice in going with the FQHH, it is georgeous.
What I mean is even if the leather seems thin, the jacket will be substantial in weight...
This one was nice:

Fair price too.
Im just trying to picture it on a leather jacket. Feels like it would be very nice on denim, but maybe its better with canvas on a leather jacket?
Anyone with a lether backpack care to take a photo...
The m39 can be had for $30 new so thats good. Maybe I´ll get one of those for now.
I think its a little flat tho, I seldom stuff it full so its gonna look like an emtpy bag on the back.
I would like something like this:
Backpack
But preferable new. In natural color.
Simple design, good workmanship and doesnt look snobby.
This one is a tad too hippie looking tho, but a similar with a little harder lether might be nice.
Another thing I need is just a wall inside so everything...
Nice!
I really need one of those because it feels stupid to wear the nylon backpack with my leather jackets, but I kinda have to when going out with the daughter because I need something to put food and water in.
I love the leather one but the price was really stiff for me right now. But I...
Yeah thats a beauty! I would love to see it on, you can just cut out your head if you want to stay anonymous.
I would like to see the back.
Unless its the only jacket one owns I think that color is a really good choice!
Well, it depends alot of what you do, but you should definitely do something in them or else there wont be much fading.
They say atleast 6-months if you want to get any effect.
I want to point out that those Flatheads arent mine. I just found them and showed for reference.
Im still working on getting a good pair. My first pair I didnt wash inside out so they got wierdlooking, I had to bleach them in clorine and they turned out *very* light so they are summer jeans...
Yes exactly, there is no harm in washing them like normal jeans and you can wash before wear just as normal. Its just to get them faded - its easier to get this effect without washing because when worn they develop creases that fade when getting rubbed onto. If washed, the creases appear in...
hehe yeah I also just wash inside out, cold wash and with a small amount of powder. No softener tho because I heard it destroys the threads.
Stickin gthem in the freezer is just to kill bacteria if they smell before your first wash, or if you just want them to have less bacteria.
You know like...
With my jacket I wetted it with warm water and stretched it against the round edge of the sink in the bathroom. I held it in either side and really put all my weight on it as I slided it back and forth. I did it on both sides and it became alot better after that.
A word of caution since it...
:D
Well...they take a bit of getting used to, but I definitely love them. I don't think they are my best fitting jeans, but since I love things that are made well with good materials this compensates it for me. Standard, they are *way* too wide in the legs for me, infact I found them almost...
Now that you mention it, yes it does look bare. A shirt collar or scarf would have been really cool.
I should definitely get a scarf. You have any nice ones in mind?
