As others have said, you don't need to do anything. The biggest misconception in leather jackets I've seen is people thinking they need to condition them far more often than they actually do.
The issue with Dainite is that there are better options. Vibram and Dr. Sole now both have more subtle options that have the same profile as Dainite, but offer more grip.
Dainite is disgustingly overrated in the boot world by people who gave the tried vibrant or Dr. Soles, etc. Dainese offers a pathetic amount of grip in comparison to other rubber soles.
I actually think the grizzly fits you best. It's hard to tell with the ongoing shirt though. Even if you don't like to tuck your shirt in, it would be helpful to see fit pics without that shirt hanging out in order to judge the fit of the jackets better.
They make it extremely difficult to find and try to hide it behind talking about being designed in Denmark. I find thst very dishonest and manipulative. You can disagree, but to me, that's a problem. Other brands outsource production and I don't mind it nearly as much when the brand is far more...
...and people said this comment was out of place... hmmm...
In all seriousness, as @Aloysius said, Fine Creek does tight chests and flared hips with usually small shoulders. This doesn't fit a lot of people and flatters almost nobody.
