Here’s a new style for my head, just picked it up yesterday. I couldn’t just leave it on the shelf for the asking price. Maybe a little over the top, but who cares? Bailey “B Bar B” gambler.
I was pleased to be able to wear this hat in the state where it was made. My first time not just driving across Texas last week, in Fort Worth. Some of the best fajitas I’ve had in years, too.
Beaver Brand American Legend series pecan homburg with a two ply ribbon. Been a long time since this has been out of the box. Steamed out a couple wrinkles this morning.
Didn’t get a chance to try that place but I was really impressed by all the food I had: Local Market, Velvet Taco, Lockhart Smokehouse, and Joe T’s. I had never been to Fort Worth before, but I’d definitely go back!

Man, you guys are killing it! @Short Balding Guy @Frunobulax @deadlyhandsome

@steur

I distinctly remember that scene and that hat from Hell on Wheels. A real beauty. In my experience the closest nomenclature would be a Cambridge bowler, which is blocked tall, with straight sides and a slightly flatter top over some still gently rounded shoulders. Think Odd Job, maybe?
I'll...
Happy St. Patrick’s Day. I always have a little fun on this holiday. This year it began last weekend since I had all of my kids here at the same time.
Here are the recent hats of the day.
