Just finished GoT: House of Dragons.
Wife and I really impressed, and the ending was awesome. Looking forward to series 2. Great not knowing what happens next.
Getting near the end of my umpteenth rewatch of series 1 ( I have the collection on bluray).
Mashups can be hit or miss, this is a big hit in my opinion.
Cairo Cavalcade of Hallowe'en Horror continues slowly.
With one teen daughter working, and one in competitive basketball, the family viewing is sporadic.
However, in no order other than random:
The Raven, with John Cusack and Luke Evans, fun fiction on Edgar Poe's last days.
Hallowe'en 2...
Likely as the scene was shot when it was not actually cold. The movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, for example, was filmed in the summer of 1989. Hence why you do not see frosty breath when they speak. All the "snow" was fake!
GoT Dragons, which the wife and I love so far (though I too have lamented the fact the really great young actors were aged out). The last group of Walking Dead episodes, we will miss this, though we will have Fear the WD and the sequels to look forwatd to.
Cairo household Hallowe'en Cavalcade...
I own the series on dvd and have read 80% of the books. Love them both! As for the misery part, there are snippets, but recall the author wrote a swashbuckler series, rather than a gritty realism- type of story.
Not sure if this posted elsewhere, but on the 5th of October, 1962, Dr. No premiered.

Looking for Bond 7 on the big screen (non-canon films do not count, except Never Say Never Again, for obvious reasons).

On duty in Kingston, Ontario, since August. A couple of weeks in, I see an ad on the local arena's digital screen - Ringo Starr and the All Starr band, coming September 27th.
No way I am missing that!
