I can picture one of those really heavy 8lb horsehide jackets you have and imagine if there was a 5mm seam along the top of the shoulder or the shoulder/sleeve seam, the weight of the jacket would put so much pressure on the seam- Damon141

Hemming your own T Shirts?
Sounds like you have the opposite problem. Before the lounge I never took much thought into a shirt hanging outside of a jacket, well before I also thought a normal length for a jacket was to cover my backside.
