Stetson 3X conversion. This one had a hard life. It was probably a working hat. Now it's retired to a new life still bearing some of its past. Trimmed the brim to 2 5/8 and added a different brim binding, three cord hat band, and Last Drop liner, all scavanged from other hats.

Yessir they do. And to think that people can save themselves some good money by wearing their hats around outside for work and other outdoor activities if they want that naturally distressed look. There's a good amount of character to hats like that.
I'm really glad you like the hat. It was great working with you buddy. I didn't know you had that hat for 25 years, though. I can only imagine how many adventures you and that hat shared together over the past 25 years, and now a new adventure begins.
