Is there a thread somewhere on fedora lounge on asking advice for ebay (or other) listings in terms of validating the quality, if the price is fair etc.?
Found the tool you mentioned

Is there a way to add multiple filters? ex I'm looking for 6 7/8 and 7 size hats?
Could always stumble upon a nice 7 and just add some felt pieces
Care to explain? I love learning about hats and I'm new to this. That listing was suggested by another lounge member, it's in excellent condition, just needs a re-steam for the brim. I love it other than the colour. Super soft could reshape easily dry, although, probably won't hold a tear drop...
Maybe but I doubt I'd get my whole money's worth. I could try and see or try posting it on ebay even.
I don't know if there are any return policies or anything with ebay or even my credit card.
I'm not wearing this but I finally got my vintage Borsalino hat today.
(had to ship it to someone in the States, then they shipped it to me, so I paid double shipping + some broker fees because I used my company's address, what a mess).
And the original posting said grey. But it's honestly a...
I like old pens too, got some off my grandpa, I'll smoke a cigar once in a while, I'm like an old man in some ways lol I just need to get into scotch or whiskey (although I did chug a 1oz of Louis XIII before, I really didn't know the price on that one, and the 2nd ounce I got I sipped) and get...
Well then, the next logical step is for me to get an old fancy car.
I think I'd need to be bumped up by 2 more tax brackets before I allowed myself that luxury
I wore my 1950 Stetson OR all weekend and my hats normally get a lot of attention but definitely got a lot more attention this time around. This hat is going to get a lot air time, it's my favourite so far, I feel bad for my other hats. I went to a food event and the photographers and...
apparently like this. Found this on google images but it's from a Fedora Lounger
this is so some old school stuff, it will still let the hat fly off but at least it won't hit the ground if it's "attached" to your jacket/shirt's button hole
I have a grey with black band Borsalino on its way :) another suggestion from a great fedora lounger, I was on here for 2 days and had bought 2 hats >.<
it's a bit big but not uncomfortably so, I put a few felt strips in there, if there is a huge gust of wind it may fly off but, that's what hands are for lol
haha right?
My coworker should be sending it to me soon. It arrived to his places in the States last Thurs but he has to send it to me so that'll be another few days or a week. I hope it's in good conditions no moth bites or anything.
I'm not really an adventurer forest kind of gal. I meant attach it to my backpack when I'm traveling, like in Europe very much in the city, walking around.
