I recently went to a flee market and bought this. The owner couldn't tell me what it was, so he gave me a good price on it. On the box says it's a "SHOCK-PROOF CONTROLLER" made in the U.S.A. by the National Electric Instrument Co. Inc. in Elmhurst, Long Island, New York. I surfed the web but...- Bazer
