OK, where to next? I expect to be picking the hat up from Not-Bogart13 on Sunday. I'll be in Washington, DC on the night of the 14th before returning to central PA. Is there anyone in the area who could take the hat from me before, say, mid-morning on the 15th? K. Steiner- Kim Steiner

This is going to be pretty plain -- my first post. But I'm curious about felt stiffness. I have an Open Road that is just about as stiff as cardboard, but others appear to be soft judging from the photos and descriptions. Did they put some kind of sizing in the felt? Can it be removed?
