Kitty & Inky, thank you both for your descriptions of the fit and quality of Remix shoes. Much appreciated!
By the way Inky, your hair is amazing!
And..where does one purchase them at non-retail prices..besides Amazon and Ebay?

Thank you Lauren; I love the outfit in your profile pic. Gorgeous!
Thank you both, I'm off to check out that thread. Amazing photos there, though no one has posted in a long time either.
Hopefully, some ladies out there will show the rest of us their favourite dresses!

Hi ladies!
I've been lusting after Remix shoes for some time, but haven't purchased any as it's always risky buying shoes online.
Just wondering if you could tell me, generally speaking, if they are comfortable? Do the sizes run true to size, as in the same size that you usually wear...
Kitty, oops...:( If anyone remembers, and let's me know...I'll delete this one. Don't want to clog up the forum with repetitive threads!
Thanks for posting the thread Kitty! Seeing as it was created in 2006, and no one has replied since, I'll just leave this newly created dress thread. ;)...
Bunny, I’m pretty sure there is matching nail polish! Divine!
Mrs. Cleaver, I had no idea the line was around in the 90s! I just discovered it about a year ago. It’s hard to find around here too. Actually, it’s not available in the province I live in. :( Thank heavens for online shopping...
Hello ladies!
I don’t see this thread here yet, so thought ‘why not start it.’ I’d love to see your favourite frocks, day time dresses, evening wear, any era! Please post so we can all admire. ;)
Below, two of my favourites.
1950s day dress, bought new with tags!
1940s dress I love, 40s...

Other notable reds:
Tarte's 24.7 'Monday' love this! Has SPF:
Bourjois Lovely Rouge, 15 Rouge best:
And, I love, love, love the Lipstick Queen line. After much searching, found them a couple of months ago:
Red Sinner (matte):
Medieval (sheer):
I could...
I too have this colour, and some of their other lipsticks (a sheer red). I'm not sure if it's been discontinued, but about a year ago there was a ton of that make up for sale at Winners (TJ Maxx). ;)
Perhaps ebay is your best bet. I see they have some of their products there.

Thank you Ms. Sew-n-Sew! I was lucky to find it mint with the tags still on (except the belt has deteriorated, new one shown instead). Haven't worn it yet. Can't wait for Summer!
Kitty, Zendy is right it's a bonnet that came with it. So cute, but I doubt I'll be wearing it, a bit overkill on...
Lusti, I haven't seen them in person either. However, I'm on the hunt. I'll let you know when/if I find them. I've not heard of Edward Bess make up, must look that up!
Apparently, the Tom Ford collection isn't out yet - soon...early June. ;)
Thanks!

Lovely, Lady Day! I recently bought a lot of stockings..most aren't long enough..or perhaps my legs are too big. I dunno. *sighs* Good luck with yours!
Firstly, amazing dos ladies! I have a very hard time doing my own hair...styling it. So I'm letting it go naturally for now. ;)
My hair currently, naturally curly.
Older pics of my victory roll attempts!

Two new vintage summer dresses. ;) Mint..dead stock probably. One fits perfect, the other small. Hoping to alter it...if not will re-sell.
