Jasmine, thank you for that! ;) Massive double chin, doubtful hun! Actually, I find that shorter hair makes the double chin less apparent (one me anyhow)! *lol* I'm thinking of getting the back trimmed, it looks a little shaggy!

Hey Ladies,
Just a comparison question. I have several bras/sets by 'What Katie Did' but none from Secrets in Lace. Their line looks amazing. Just wondering how they compare to WKD in terms of quality/fit? If it's possible to compare. Thanks!

I hear you...apparently the day suit I wore yesterday was 'tacky' and old ladyish. He he, oh well. I won't change me - like it or lump it! And..I am a little tacky, I admit.
I can't see your photos Goddess, but I'm sure it's as the others say..it's just a matter of getting a new look right/with the right colours. And also, at the height of her career Marilyn wore a ton of make up. Perhaps look at her earlier photos, and be inspired by those. I think it's when she...
Anna Sui's lipsticks aren't very good in my opinion, but her lip gloss rocks! And, of course the packaging is amazing! ;) Love her red lip gloss, and her brush and comb sets. Classes up my vanity!

Great Flea Market!
I went to an amazing flea market yesterday...I was overwhelmed. No vintage clothes, but everything a girl could want/need. I bought some items, see below. ;)
Thank you Mrs. Beattie. I use to have straight hair..then wham when I hit 30..a mass of curls! I always preferred my hair straight, so battled it. Finally gave up. Funny how one always wants the opposite, straight wants curly, curly wants straight! ;0
Amy...WOW! Your great grandmother's dress is amazing! I quite like the yellow 60s number too, and ADORE your wedding dress. Love the material/pattern. ;)
Claudette, both of your dresses are gorgeous! Where did you get them? They are truly lovely.
Annie, oh well there's always time for play! I work at a university, so don't wear my vintage dresses often to work.
Fleur, an amazing outfit head to toe!

Two of my other favourites. This first one was from my Mom's collection (she is a long time collector and ran an antique store specializing in vintage clothes/jewelery in our house).
I got this one at a yard sale. ;)
*laughs* I'd better get my ass in gear and get sewing! I procrastinate sooooo much, as I don't have a proper set up for my machine. Will get at it, and post pics sometime. ;) Black and white would be amazing too!
Oh, and we can’t forget Irregular Choice’s amazing shoes! Loved visiting the shop in London.

I wanted these…but couldn’t get my feet in them! *lol*

Oops, I was wrong. The Mineral Veil doesn’t have SPF, but the foundation powder does. I bought it at lunch time, will let you know how it is!

PS It's excellent by the way! Love it. ;)
Another company I love is Miz Mooz. I have four pairs of shoes from them, all pretty comfty. ;) You can sometimes find them at Winners/TJ Maxx at great prices. I can’t find a photo of my most favourite pair, so I’ll post it later.
I have these:
My favourite pair, so comfty:
Assorted ones...
