Mine happens to be Oban. Nice and peaty you'll think you're in the highlands
with one whiff.

Laphroaig. If you dare such on your palate don't be suprised if
heartburn lasts a week.

Glenfiddich, Glenlivet , not bad at all. Balvenie, there's one that'll
raise your kilt.

Not only Scotch, but any favorite brandys or bourbons out there?

Cheers.

TopCat at your service.

I have always been a big fan of Dalmore. I find it smooth and warming; great for sipping over a good book. I usually pour mine over two cubes, and I try to drink it before they melt too much. ;)

I drank Cardhu at home until I got married in 2001. Around that time or just afterwards I became aware of some controversy around the passing off of blended whisky as single malt under the previously honourable name of Cardhu. I cannot remember any of the details at this point. I switched to Oban and never looked back. I keep Glen Morangie on hand for guests becuase many of my friends prefer it. Go figure.

I'm limited in my Scotch experience, but I like Macallan. It's what my dad always drinks, so I grew up with that and then just stuck with it.

Farnham54- by all means continue, look forward to whiskeploma.

Dalmore, huh HJ? Will have to try that.

Aye Jake Fink, Oban it tis.

Mr Jason- JW a standard. Hope you can hit a one iron as well.

Ms Valentine- to be limited to Macallan is not limited at all. You're set.

Matei- O'l Balvenie. A classic. Watch your kilt.

Ardbeg you say, call me the tank of a belly cab? Alright will look out for it.
Must confess I would've enjoyed Laphroiag more,in fact I DID enjoy it, but
drinking one of the most powerful scotches on earth straight while
pounding one cigar after another didn't help.

Scotrace - Haig and Haig? would have to try to let you know.

JP- DALWHINNIE and TALISKER. OH, YEAH.

Speaking of Rob Roys anybody else ABSOLUTELY LOVE another Scotch
concocction, already made in its own bottle though, the honey flavored
warming DRAMBUIE??? Perfect for the cold winter holiday by the fireplace.
