Out stone-ground grits with shrimp, sweet bell peppers, onions, and ouille sausage and Roma tomatoes drizzled with mild green tabasco sauce
Bleu cheese coleslaw
Tall Summer Ale
Baked apple custard...or lemon cheesecake

Open faced hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, covered in brown gravy.

Gotta die of something after all.

I would have to say Homemade meatloaf with scalloped potatoes

Pastrami sandwich with swiss cheese and a sour pickle. And an ice-cold bottle of Coke.

The appetizer: a red potato potato wedge steeped in butter and covered with cheese and pieces of bacon. Homemade Teryaki chicken, steamed white rice, steamed asparagus sprinkled with pepper and covered in a thin layer of butter. Dessert is a homemade fresh strawberry and banana pie. Downed with either an IBC cream soda or a glass of pink lemonade.

My choice would be chili con carne with a longdrink bloody Mary.
As a dessert chocolate mousse with a cup of coffee.
In the company of my dearest friends an Family.

But the Doc wouldn't appreciate my choice.
