So true, so true, Mr. Jones. With something like a hot dog it's definitely all about the setting. My favorite hot dog stands are at Wrigley Field. You can't beat a hot dog and beer at the 'ol ballpark.

Wrigley Field is in fact, the largest open-air tavern in Chicago,
where baseball is coincidentally played. And an occasional brawl occurs....;)

My favorite hot dogs were from a stand on Main Street in Visalia, California. Just before a matinee at the theatre around the corner my mom, sister, and I would stop and scarf down two or three Chili Cheese dogs with the works, double heavy onions and an orange soda.

I wonder if it's still there ..

An occasional brawl occurs...sometimes in the stands, sometimes in the dugout, and the field gets littered with hot dogs. (trying to stay on topic!);) :)

I have to disagree Harp...
Wrigley Field is actually just a joke.

At least the Cubs are starting to hit now. :)

I'd wish you all the best of luck...
but then...
no I wouldn't.:)

Remember when the Sox won the World Series!!??! ;)

(Southside represent!)

And you just can't beat the Bratwurst at Sox Park. And the 'Beers of the World' vendor...

As a native of Chicago's Irish Southside, and lifetime Cubs fan,
I still cheered the Sox during the Series. I even remarked to
Ernie Banks-Mister Cub himself, how great it was for the whole
city that the Sox won. So, my objectivity credentials are impeccable.
And ya can beat the Brats over at the Cell, over at Wrigley Field. :)

We went 3 years ago. It was one of our major destinations when we spent spring break in Rochester.
You'll like what I'm drawing now- it's the old Chevy dealer turned coffee shop down by the little theater.
