I literally just remembered this today. This was, for some reason, one of my favorite cartoons when I was a kid. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I was so tortured by other kids back then and this was an escape. Or maybe it was the song. Or his hair. Or his hat. Or the bird. Or . . .

I literally used to walk around pulling at my belt, hoping it would do some good.
