X Company on CBC

Here in Detroit, being so close to the border, we have access to Canadian television. I watched the premiere of "X Company" and quite liked it. Was anyone else able to catch it?

I missed it last week, but CBC is replaying the pilot tonight. Watching it now. It's not my usual fare but it looks quite well done.

I've been the the site of Camp X...the training camp for spies and the source of the title for the show. Though quite the secret location at the time, it's well known now. Although it is quite well marked, there's really nothing left there. A shame, but I suspect it was viewed as a temporary wartime facility anyway at the time.

My wife loved the first episode and she does not embrace my 'old timey' interests. Well shot. Perhaps the haircuts. Uniforms were spot on and look forward to a weekly fix.
