WWII Impressions 1st pattern tanker jacket question

Hi,
I have a WWII Impression tanker jacket which iv exchanged twice.
I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. The jacket material bulges over the knitted cuffs on both sides almost like the sleeve is to long but iv tried two different size jackets and both are the same.
I can post a photo later when I get home.
Its a really nice jacket but this has prevented me from wearing it.

Right photo how it should look, left is how it rides down when worn

I'd be perfectly fine with the right photo because it leaves room to reach for things.

I guess I expected the cuffs to be more taught if that makes sense. like in the website photos.
Like in this attached photo I doubt the guys who wore these really didn’t care about trivial things like this, you got what you were issued. Am I being to picky?

The sleeves may be a little long, or not.

I think it is fine the way it is.

The cuff should fold into the inside of the sleeve. Wear a jacket and don't pay attention to it.
