A very long shot, but worth a try. I'm looking for a silk trimmed velvet jacket as shown in the web images (this one was sold in the USA). It's an 1880s style - as worn by Robert Louis Stevenson, Oscar Wilde, WAS Benson et al.). I have another version of one already in an XL (without the ticket pocket) but I keep this one for special occasions (graduation ceremonies, etc.) and I'd like to get another for more regular use as velvet is not the most hardwearing of fabrics. The jackets (produced by the Rugby and Polo brands of the RL umbrella) were made in Macau and so larger sizes do not come up often. I also have a size L (and it really is not! More like a medium in UK/US sizing).
It's not obvious from the images but it's a 4-button fastening.
The dimensions of the XL are:Back centre seam (top of collar- bottom hem): 32"
Chest (pit-pit): 23"
Shoulder blade: 19 1/2"
Sleeve seam: 27"
