I’ve got a Schott 130 in Navy Blue that goes midnight once oiled/waxed. Sometimes you can catch those on sale as another alternative.

Taylor's leatherwear should still make several models of police leather jackets in midnight blue. Also, if you google "police leather jackets" on ebay you probably will find a clean used one. The midnight blue was really popular when I hit the streets in the 90's, and the Taylor's jackets were pretty tough. Good luck on your hunt!
