WTB Cal Leather jacket / Schott James Dean

Hey!

Long time no see. The first time I visited this website I was 16 and had a "replica" from the 80s of the Cal Leather that Dean wore. I didn't have money back then to afford the real deal. Saved up some since then and so I am looking for a Vintage Cal or the 1985 Schott JD jacket.

I am based in Europe and preferably I'd be looking for one with a fur collar (it is mouton I think?) as I'd like it to be as close as it can to Dean's.

I'm 5'11 (180cm) and 175 lbs (79kg). Need length of the jacket in between 60 - 66 cm and width 54+ cm.

I am aware of this. I stated it pretty clearly in the message. I am looking for EITHER a Vintage Cal or the 1985 Schott James Dean Jacket.

Sorry if you did not understand what I was trying to inform you. The Schott brand is a bad copy of the Cal. Good luck to you.

Schott's is a very bad copy.... About CAL's, could be difficult to find those kind of measures/proportions...I have 3 CAL's, crosszipped and frontzipped, and they are all very boxy: a 54cm pit2pit CAL ain't gonna be longer than 58cm

I do know. I am just looking for something similar aesthetic-wise.

In regards to the measurements. I need something thats MORE than 60 cm. I have gained some weight so I'd preferably be looking at 60 cm width AND MORE so I can maybe fit a sweater under it as well.

Sorry to mind your business but....if your weight is 79kg I doubt that your jacket's WIDTH (pit2pit) should be 60cm or more...it's gonna be very loose. I have more or less your figures and a 55cm width (pit2pit) fits me perfectly...if I want to stay on the loose side I'd go for 57/58. Just guessing...

I don't know if you have checked your messages. Wrote you about my Cal. Back is 61cm, PTP is 62cm.

Depends on what you wear underneath.

I have some vintage sweatshirts that are double layered and have a hard time fitting them under jackets.

Also everyone proportions are different, I have pretty wide shoulders.
