There seems to be a decent amount of Brooks Brothers CRs in that range on eBay.

I just managed to secure one in size 48, actually. Easier to get for me than an Aero. The only thing is, the jackets are thin. But vintage, so...

I’ve got something with 22” chest and 19.75” shoulders.
It’s a 1960s Wheels of Man “Sportsman”
Bottom hem 20”
Sleeves 24.5” straight
Back is 26”

Never heard of it, interesting one though. Ideally, Im looking for the classic 2 chest pocket setup, one piece back, basically Brooks but with slightly higher chest pockets. Some of the early Gold label ones have oddly low chest pocket placement IMO
