WTB 7 5/8 Fedora/Cap

I have measured my hat size, and I am apparently a 7 5/8 - 24 inches. If anyone has a hat in a matching size, I'm interested. I don't have PayPal, but I can most likely wire the money to you.

I cannot buy a high-quality fedora, as I have limited funds. Only post here if you're willing to down to $30 or under, please . Also looking for caps! No berets, please - I don't like how they look on me.
